Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Analyze and optimize financial and operational processes to identify inefficiencies, automation opportunities, and areas for improvement across finance systems and workflows. Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and BI teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional system and process solutions. Lead or support implementation of key initiatives such as billing automation, subscription management tools, CRM/ERP integrations, and financial system enhancements. Contribute to the rollout and continuous improvement of billing and finance-related systems in close partnership with senior finance leadership. Document end-to-end business processes, workflows, dependencies, and controls to ensure clarity and scalability. Partner with BI teams to develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and KPIs for financial and operational reporting. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful execution of cross-functional initiatives. Support data quality and reconciliation efforts, including month-end close activities and data clean-up processes. Conduct business case analysis to evaluate new tools, systems, and process improvement opportunities. Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, operations, or project management, ideally within SaaS, technology, or digital advertising environments. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data/Analytics, or a related field. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect financial outcomes to operational processes and system design. Proven experience supporting or leading system implementation and process improvement projects. Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, QuickBooks, Stripe, or similar finance/CRM platforms. Strong proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets and exposure to BI/reporting tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across technica
