Proven experience as a Business Analyst within banking, financial services, or consulting, Experience in process analysis, process mapping, and business documentation, Understanding of finance, accounting, regulatory reporting, or financial close processes, Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders across business and technology teams, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

Experience in Finance Transformation, Regulatory Change, or Banking Transformation programmes, Knowledge of General Ledger, Financial Close, Capital Adequacy, or Regulatory Reporting processes, Familiarity with Resolution Planning, Recovery & Resolution, Bail-in, or MREL frameworks, Experience with BPMN, Visio, Signavio, or similar process modelling tools
