Must Have
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on operations or digital transformation, understanding of business process analysis and improvement methodologies, Experience with digital tools and technologies, such as automation platforms and data analytics, Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e. g. , Excel, Power BI), Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to identifying and addressing business and operation’s needs, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across the region, Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e. g. , SDLC, Agile, Scrum)

Provide insights on operational performance
Serve as liaison between business units

Coordinate user acceptance testing
