Drive Enterprise Risk Remediation Through Data Governance Excellence The Role Capco is seeking a Business Analyst, Data Masking and Compliance to support a critical enterprise audit remediation initiative within a leading financial institution. This newly created role will focus on assessing application compliance against enterprise data masking standards, partnering with stakeholders to drive adoption, and establishing sustainable evidence collection and reporting processes. You will play a key role in bridging business and technology teams, helping application owners understand compliance requirements while ensuring regulatory and audit expectations are met. This is an opportunity to influence enterprise-wide controls, strengthen data governance practices, and contribute to a high-profile risk remediation program. What You’ll Do Assess and prioritize applications requiring review against enterprise data masking standards, identifying compliance gaps and remediation requirements. Partner with application owners and business stakeholders to understand application processes, data flows, and masking requirements. Design and implement evidence collection and validation processes that demonstrate compliance through objective testing rather than attestation alone. Facilitate stakeholder discussions to align business requirements with enterprise standards while supporting adoption of required controls. Create compliance reporting, status tracking, and governance metrics that integrate with broader audit remediation KRIs and KPIs.
