Must Have
10+ years of experience, 3–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, hands-on experience with SQL for querying and analysing data, Proven ability to work closely with engineering and data teams, analytical thinking and ability to translate business needs into data and system requirements, Ability to learn new domains quickly, communication and documentation skills, Collaborative mindset
Nice to Have
Prior experience in broadband, telecom, or managed service provider domains, Exposure to cloud-based data platforms or large-scale data systems, Experience supporting compliance-driven or regulated environments

This role will work closely with engineering teams and product stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and data insights that support large‑scale, data‑driven platforms. The Business Analyst will collaborate extensively with **Product Line Leaders (PLLs)** and cross‑functional stakeholders, and will serve as a key partner to development teams by providing clarity on business context, data expectations, and analytical requirements.
