What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years of experience in business analysis or management consulting, Ability to determine business objectives by reviewing business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats, Ability to research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes, Experience working with project stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements, PowerPoint and Excel skills, Ability to review data requirements and map to system fields, Ability to monitor and communicate project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions

Nice to Have

System implementation experience, preferably in the energy, oil & gas, or industrial automation sectors, Experience with vendors such as Schneider, Aveva, Emerson, and Quorum

You will be responsible for analysis, design and consulting support, as well as developing an understanding of our client’s strategic direction, issues and project goals. You will be the liaison between business and technical users, and work to ensure requirements are accurately gathered and translated.
