Must Have
5+ years of Business Analyst experience within Banking or Financial Services, understanding of Credit Risk concepts and processes, Experience with Wholesale Credit Risk / Counterparty Credit Risk / Retail Credit Risk, Experience with Basel regulations, IRB approaches, IFRS9, stress testing, or capital calculations, Experience with Credit risk data, reporting, and regulatory requirements, Experience working on large-scale banking transformation or regulatory programs, stakeholder management and communication skills, Ability to work in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments, Experience creating BRDs, Experience creating FRDs, Experience creating User Stories, Experience creating Process Maps, Experience creating Gap Analysis documents
