This role will focus heavily on e-commerce, quoting workflows, and business process analysis within a complex digital transformation environment. The ideal candidate combines strong BA fundamentals with hands-on experience supporting CPQ (configure price quote) logic and digital commerce implementations. You should be comfortable working directly with stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable user stories, and collaborating closely with product, architecture, and engineering teams. This is an offshore role requiring alignment with Australian/New Zealand working hours. ### Responsibilities: * Lead requirements gathering and discovery sessions with business stakeholders * Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation * Support e-commerce and quoting-related workflows across digital platforms * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and Delivery * Analyze and support the functional documentation of business processes, integrations, and system dependencies * Assist in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies if applicable * Identify risks, gaps, and process improvement opportunities throughout delivery * Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders **Requirements** * 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Digital Consultant in consulting or technology environments * Strong experience with e-commerce platforms and digital customer journeys * Experience working with quoting, CPQ, configuration, or pricing logic workflows * Ability to write detailed user stories and functional requirements * Experience working in Agile delivery environments * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Comfortable working across distributed/global teams **Benefits** * Unlimited Vacation/PTO * Fully remote and distributed teams * Paid Parental Leave * Ongoing training and education opportunities * 0% Bureaucracy Cultur
