If you enjoy using data to create clarity, partnering with stakeholders across different markets and influencing smarter business choices, this opportunity in our Wroclaw office will give you space to grow, shape and make a meaningful contribution. **What will you be doing?** In this role you will become a trusted analytical partner for our sales and marketing teams across the CEE cluster. Your work will help translate complex datasets into clear insights that guide decisions, improve performance and strengthen regional strategy. You will collaborate across functions, contribute to continuous improvement projects and ensure our commercial teams have the tools and information they need to succeed. Your key responsibilities will include: * Providing analytics and insights from multiple data sources to support sales management and commercial planning * Managing contest and award reporting and developing KPIs and dashboards that help shape sales performance * Providing analytical support for segmentation, business planning, and CRM reporting initiatives * Contributing to pricing analysis and the creation of regional pricing tools * Leading incentive compensation calculations and performance dashboards * Leading or contributing to improvement projects across the region focused on optimization and innovation **What will you need to be successful?** Success in this role comes from blending analytical capability, commercial awareness and strong collaboration skills.
