Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Experience working with ERP systems, Working knowledge of SQL or similar data querying tools, Understanding of pricing strategy, cost structures, and margin dynamics in a manufacturing environment, Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, Ability to maintain regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance

This position serves as a strategic partner to sales, product management, finance, and operations leadership by transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive pricing strategy, margin expansion, and overall business performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies, improve commercial execution, and support key business initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys influencing business decisions through data and strategic thinking. **What You’ll Do** * Analyze sales, pricing, cost, and margin performance to identify key drivers of profitability and growth. * Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and KPIs to monitor commercial performance and pricing effectiveness. * Partner with commercial leadership to support pricing strategies, including price optimization and margin improvement initiatives. * Build predictive and scenario-based models to support S&OP planning and business forecasting. * Standardize and maintain data integrity across ERP, CRM, and BI platforms to ensure a single source of truth. * Conduct market, customer, and product segmentation analyses to support go-to-market strategi
