What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 years of experience in software consulting areas, experience in eliciting requirements and testing, experience in analyzing large amounts of data to draw business-relevant conclusions, Proficient in data visualization techniques and tools, Knowledge in generating process documentation, written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing, Experience in assembling use cases, user stories, and progress reports, Experience working with agile methodologies (preferably Scrum), Completed or in-progress tertiary/university studies, Good negotiation, analytical, organization and time management skills, Intermediate/ Upper Intermediate English skills, Native Spanish Speaker, Being proactive and hands-on, eager to continous improvement, Best practices oriented, Experience in database management and usage, particularly with MySQL
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business or an IT-related field, Assurance industry experience, Business Analyst certification is a plus
