What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience, 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in this role, requirements determination using structured techniques for documentation, analysis, evaluation/ decomposition of high- level information into abstracting low- level distinguishing requests vs distinguishing requirements vs. classifying/ prioritizing requirements change management and identifying applying creativity to solving complex building relationships and working effective verbal/ written experience in an industry domain, developing structured user manuals and business rules, develop and executing acceptance test plans, performing integrated testing, managing UAT
Nice to Have
Experience in Public Sector implementation, Experience in Agile methodology
