This role requires strong analytical skills, customer interaction experience, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with customers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and customer outcomes. The Business Analyst performs a wide range of duties including some or all the following: * Gather, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements across customer projects and initiatives. * Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to define business processes, application requirements, integrations, reporting needs, dashboards, metrics, and data mapping requirements. * Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and project documentation for technical and non-technical audiences. * Support software implementation activities including application configuration, data analysis, testing activities, and deploym
