What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Degree in business, finance, or technology, or equivalent work experience, Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, Experience in working successfully with teams to deliver software in an agile manner, Experience in facilitating groups to achieve defined goals and outcomes using various facilitation tools and techniques, Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a dynamic environment, Knowledge of IT ecosystems, operations, and business systems, Experience with process documentation and creating business requirements, An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present insights effectively, Superior facilitation and consensus-building skills, Familiarity with project methodologies and an eagerness to learn and adapt to various approaches, Ability to collaborate with multiple distributed teams across different locations, time zones, and cultures, Be intellectually curious and motivated, constantly looking for more context, You advocate for our customers and contribute to fostering a customer-focused mindset within the business analysis team, Proven experience in managing and resolving conflicts with stakeholders
