What You'll Do.

Work with stakeholders to understand business goals and help define clear

structured requirements for process automation and improvement.

Support Global Process Owners in shaping and prioritising enhancements to core ERP/CRM systems.

Produce well‑structured analysis deliverables such as BRDs

functional specs and UAT scripts

with guidance from senior BAs.

Collaborate with Principal BAs and designers to prototype and refine solution options.

Contribute to identifying process improvements and documenting the expected benefits.

Translate business needs into functional requirements

working closely with project teams and business users.

Assist in validating solutions through system testing

UAT coordination and regression testing activities.

Help develop training materials and support knowledge transfer to ensure new processes are embedded effectively.

Maintain accurate documentation and support the application of an IIBA‑aligned BA framework.
