We have over 200 talented employees working both on-site and remote/hybrid at locations: * Hanoi: Zodiac building, 19 Duy Tan Street, Dich Vong Hau ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi * Danang: 81 Quang Trung, Hai Chau 1 ward, Hai Chau District, Danang We're looking for a Mid-Level Business Analyst to join our delivery team and own the space between business intent and technical execution. You'll work directly with clients to shape requirements, protect delivery scope, and ensure the team always has the clarity it needs to build the right thing - first time. This is a hands-on role at the heart of the sprint cycle. You'll write User Stories consumed directly by developers and QA, facilitate 3 Amigos sessions before each sprint, and act as the primary liaison between the client and the delivery team. You'll need to be equally comfortable running a requirements workshop and telling a client - professionally and with evidence - that a request sits outside the agreed MVP. Requirements & discovery * Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements through structured workshops, interviews, and collaborative sessions with clients and internal stakeholders. * Write User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria in Given/When/Then form
