Our team of over 200 dedicated professionals works tirelessly across our global offices to develop innovative digital solutions that drive sustainable business value and increase our client’s competitiveness in a dynamic digital landscape. ## Requirements Responsibilities: * Work closely with the team to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions. * Conduct requirements gathering sessions with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and technical constraints. * Translate business needs into high-level solution concepts, scope documents, and feature lists. * Develop presentations, proposals, cost estimates, and technical documentation for clients. * Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and QA to ensure requirements are feasible and testable. * Create and maintain project documentation (functional specs, data flow diagrams, system architecture documentation). * Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage conflicting requirements. * Assist in creating Proof of Concepts (PoC) or prototypes when required. * Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs. Requirements: * 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with experience with pre-sales activities * Strong understanding of IT outsourcing, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and delivery models (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). * Experience working with enterprise clients in Finance, Healthcare, or similar complex domains. * Proven experience in gathering and analyzing client requirements, preparing proposals, and assisting in the sales process. * Ability to define project scope, functional requirements, and success criteria. * Understanding of API integra
