Bachelor’s in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics (or equivalent degree), At least 2 years of Relevant Work Experience in Customer Care or Post-Sales Operations, analytical, organization, problem-solving and follow-through skills, Excellent oral and written communication skills including listening and presentation skills, database manipulation, stakeholder & project management skills, excellent data storytelling and the ability to collaborate/cooperate with cross functional teams, Knowledgeable in CRM and Customer Care Tools (i. e. Salesforce), Knowledgeable in BI Tools (i. e. Tableau)

Nice to Have

Knowledgeable in Big Data platforms is a plus (i. e. Hadoop and Alteryx), Willing to do Night Shifts. Work shift is from 11pm – 8am.

Synthesize business key trends and assess current/future business risk by performing ad hoc and Strategic analysis

Structures an end-to-end analysis (from methodology to recommendation) with supervision of senior manager/senior business analyst
