What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–3 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or similar role, Experience working within Agile or other SDLC methodologies, stakeholder management experience, BPSS Check
What You'll Do.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders
management and software delivery teams
Work with product stakeholders to develop and maintain product roadmaps
Gather and analyse requirements through workshops
surveys and observation
Identify issues within current processes and systems
recommending improvements and solutions
Create functional specifications
workflows and process maps
Ensure requirements are clearly defined
documented and signed off by stakeholders
Act as the single point of truth for queries related to product story implementation
Communicate progress and delivery updates to stakeholders
Work with internal and external suppliers to ensure resources are available for delivery
Support the rollout of new systems and processes through documentation
demos and stakeholder engagement
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups
Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
