What They're Looking For.
Must Have
writing SQL, creating dashboards on BI platform, scalable data pipelines, technical and scientific rigor, bias toward action, 2 to 5 years of experience in data analytics/engineering, data architecture, and process optimization, Expertise in SQL: writing complex queries, optimizing database performance, and managing large datasets, Proficiency in any visualization tool like Power BI or Tableau, High level knowledge of Python for data integration, manipulation and automation, Experience in building data pipelines from streaming platforms like Kafka and integrating it with Snowflake, experience with data architecture, process optimization, and ETL pipeline management, Demonstrated experience in team leadership and mentoring junior analysts, Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
Nice to Have
B. Tech from premier/Tier1 colleges, Experience working in any Big4 or any Analytical/Consulting firm, Experience on working on AWS Cloud Environment & Snowflake database, Experience in any of the Market Standard ETL tools like Informatica, ODI etc
