What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years as a Business Analyst, 5+ years in Wealth Management with BA responsibilities, exposure working with Wealth Advisory/Private Banking platforms, Experience in process mapping, user story development, Agile frameworks, Resilient, methodical, able to manage multiple priorities, Proficient in JIRA, advanced Excel skills
Nice to Have
Avaloq experience is highly desirable, Understanding of wealth management products and services are highly desirable, Knowledge of SDLC, change methodologies are a plus

Break down Epics into stories
Capture acceptance criteria
Support Project Managers
Implement initiatives
Support delivery through definition
Support delivery through design
Support delivery through testing
Prepare stakeholder communications
Assist with documentation
Identify process improvements
Contribute to business case development
Contribute to lean canvas development
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with stakeholders; Work closely with stakeholders; Create user stories and walkthrough these with business and technology teams; Support the Project Managers in planning and implementation of both business and technical components of initiatives; Support the developers and testers through the sprint cycle
Communication Scope
Prepare stakeholder communications; Deliver demos; Deliver training
