What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst working on internal business applications, Demonstrated experience authoring BRDs, functional specifications, and user stories, understanding of business process analysis and modeling, Experience working across the full project lifecycle, Comfort working with both custom-developed applications and third-party SaaS solutions, Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Authorized to work in the EU, Proficient in Greek, Willing to work on-site at our strategic client's location in central Athens
Nice to Have
Exposure to the energy sector or other regulated industries, Experience with HR information systems, procurement / S2P platforms, ITSM tools, or document/workflow management systems, Familiarity with integrations between internal applications and core enterprise systems, Understanding of basic data and reporting concepts
