They translate these needs into clear functional specifications that support product discovery and delivery. By analyzing processes, data, and user requirements, the Business Analyst enables informed decision-making and contributes to solutions that align with business objectives. **What you will do:** * Work closely with the Product Owner to gather, refine, and analyze requirements from stakeholders. * Translate high-level product goals and epics into detailed specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Support backlog refinement and prioritization by providing detailed analysis, process mapping, and data insights. * Collaborate with development teams and architects to clarify requirements and ensure shared understanding. * Support product testing activities (e.g., UAT), including test case development and defect triage. * Document business processes, data flows, and solution impacts to inform decision-making. * Assist in change management and training by preparing documentation and supporting adoption efforts. * Ensure proposed solutions align with organizational objectives, compliance, and PO strategy. * Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to collect input and validate requirements. * Provide analysis and reporting to support product performance measurement and continuous improvement. **What we’re looking for:** * 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, quality assurance or related roles. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. * Strong understanding of business process modeling, app development, and documentation practices. * Familiarity with enterprise applications
