What You'll Achieve.
Requirements are clearly defined, documented, and delivered in alignment with mission objectives; Improve systems, processes, and data-driven decision‑making; Ensure requirements align with federal policies, compliance standards, and security guidelines

Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, Periodic travel to the client office in Washington, DC, ICF does monitor employee work locations and blocks access from foreign locations/foreign IP addresses, Prohibits personal VPN connections
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field., Experience working on federal or DoD IT programs, Experience working in or supporting AWS cloud environments, requirement-gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills, Familiarity with Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies

Work with AWS-focused technical teams to support cloud-based solutions and system enhancements
Support system modernization initiatives

Participate in Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming
Develop and maintain documentation such as BRDs
Analyze current-state processes and recommend future-state improvements
Coordinate with stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure traceability through delivery
Support testing activities by assisting with test case development and UAT coordination
Ensure requirements align with federal policies
and security guidelines
