Must Have

2-3 years as a business analyst in the insurance sector/London Market, Experience of Working with multiple teams, Flexibility: Adaptable to Waterfall and Agile environments, Degree or equivalent experience in Computing, IT, or BCS Business Analysis Diploma (or progressing)

Nice to Have

Chartered Insurance certification desirable

What You'll Do.

Deliver high-quality business analysis to ensure projects are timely

Gather and analyse requirements using proven methodologies like user stories and backlog building

Lead workshops and prototyping to gather and detail clear

actionable requirements

Manage the full requirements lifecycle

and organisational change

Build business requirement supporting materials (e. g.

including test script creation and QA support to ensure successful implementation

Be part of the Broking team and be the main point of contact for requirements

and project queries for the technology team

Collaborate with team members to manage product backlogs

and ensure effective solution delivery

Facilitate communication to ensure team alignment and resolve conflicts

Ensure compliance with legal

complete regulatory training

and uphold ethical standards

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Bridge the gap between business units, internal development teams, IT Infrastructure, and third-party suppliers; Be an indispensable point of contact for collaborators; Be the main point of contact for requirements, issues, and project queries for the technology team; Collaborate with team members to manage product backlogs, prioritise tasks, and ensure effective solution delivery; Facilitate communication to ensure team alignment and resolve conflicts; Track record of working effectively across multiple teams and business areas

Excellent Communication; Confident in navigating conversations with brokers and technical developers with equal ease
