**Job Purpose:** The Business Analyst plays a critical role in driving business performance by providing insightful analysis, strategic recommendations, and decision support to the Leadership Team, to the Brand strategies and tactics, and to the Strategic Account Management for upcoming launches and existing brands. This role involves the delivery of accurate and timely business intelligence and performance data, supporting key initiatives, and optimizing operational efficiencies focused around Sales Force Incentives, Sales Structures, Performance Management, and External Data and Market research. Additionally, the Business Analyst will be able to leverage their knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and new technologies to drive the business to achieve greater efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** **Business Insights** * Be a partner to the Business Unit Heads and the Sales, Marketing and Medical Teams to challenge and support their performance discussions and decision making. * Provide strategic performance recommendations to the Leadership Team based on data-driven insights. * Mentor and develop the organization to enhance the analytical skills and performance mindset. * Partner with Finance team with the forecasting within defined financial cycles. **P****erformance Management:** * Support & monitor business performance by providing and maintaining business reports and dashboards, monitoring progress of strategy execution across the different Business Units. * Ensure strong data governance with a clear focus on data quality, consistent definitions, and trusted performance metrics across analytics, CRM, and external data sources. * Extract, collate and organise data for analysis; use a variety of AI, machine learning and statistical analytical techniques to gain insight into our data with the help of internal & external vendors. * Lead the end-to-end activities related to Sales Force Incentives. * Leading the usage and implementation relevant new
