JOB SUMMARY The Business Analyst is responsible for driving business value realisation across the Digital Transformation portfolio. The role bridges business stakeholders and delivery teams by translating complex business needs into clear, testable requirements and actionable delivery artefacts — including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria — while ensuring end-to-end alignment across product owners, developers, and QA teams. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES A. Requirements Elicitation & Discovery * Lead workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs to capture functional and non-functional requirements. * Analyse current-state (AS-IS) and define target-state (TO-BE) processes, identifying pain points and opportunities for automation and optimisation. * Build stakeholder alignment on scope, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, and priorities. B. Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) * Produce high-quality BRDs covering business context, objectives, scope, stakeholder maps, process flows, data needs, integrations, and success criteria. C. Agile Delivery Enablement (Jira) * Convert BRD requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Jira. * Own and maintain product backlog hygiene: prioritisation inputs, dependencies, story readiness, and Definition of Ready (DoR). * Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews with clarified requirements and decision logs.
