Perform research into project-related issues and products; Proactively identify potential changes in project scope, issues and risks and devise contingency plans

Eligibility Requirements

Travel (<10%), Hours (40 hours, Monday through Friday with occasional night/weekend deployments), Physical requirements: reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for long periods of time (up to 90% of the shift), walk, talk and occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst, Minimum 2 year’s experience working in Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences, Degree in Healthcare, Business, or Information Technology strongly desired, Experience in collecting, defining business requirements and testing, Familiarity with business analysis concepts, tools and techniques, Familiarity in Microsoft Office applications, especially Project, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Ability to interact with people from all disciplines with all levels of experience, Experience at working both independently and collaboratively

Nice to Have

Healthcare or Patient Services experience, Customer Relationship Management System experience

What You'll Do.

Lead day-to-day development of requirements

Gathering requirements (business

Process modeling (business

User Story Development

Technical liaison using standardized methodologies

implement and support active initiatives

Facilitate cross functional requirements gathering sessions

Translate business rules

requirements & process flows

Develop and maintain Data Transfer Agreements

Diagram current/future state Business/Operations & System Processes

Create or assist others in writing user documentation

Ensure adoption of standardized project processes

Perform research into project-related issues

Support projects post-deployment during hypercare

Develop progress reports

requirements documentation

Proactively identify potential changes in project scope

Translate business use cases into API capabilities

Mentoring and supervision of junior Business Analysts

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Facilitate cross functional requirements gathering sessions (between Business Operations/Functional Leads, IT, Security, Compliance, Clients, etc); Provide collaboration between impacted team members & clients; Liaise with pharmacy, sales, marketing, compliance, and/or legal where necessary; Effectively communicate to team members and stakeholders; Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis; Work with management, IT, Security and business operations; Work both independently and collaboratively

Communication Scope

Effectively communicate to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion; Develop progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations

Process & Methodology

Handle multiple, concurrent projects of moderate or complex scope, Proactively identify potential changes in project scope, issues and risks and devise contingency plans
