Full Job Description
BUSINESS ANALYST Important Information Location: Singapore ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Business Analyst experience in data-intensive projects – Hands-on experience gathering requirements, translating BRDs into functional specs, managing stakeholder discussions, and supporting delivery lifecycle. GRC Domain Knowledge – Understanding of Risks, Controls, Compliance, Regulations, and governance frameworks. Data Relationship Mapping & Data Modeling – Ability to create ERDs, data flow diagrams, define cardinality, and map relationships between entities. SQL & Data Analysis – Strong SQL capability for profiling, validation, analysis, and reconciliation of data Requirements Elaboration & Documentation – Functional specs, validation rules, data dictionaries, business glossary, lineage documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Stakeholder Management – Conduct workshops with SMEs, liaise between business and technical teams, validate requirements and data models. Data Quality & Governance Exposure – Experience with data quality frameworks, governance processes, metadata, or lineage management. Visualization Tools – Experience using Tableau or Power BI for reporting or analysis support. ServiceNow / GRC Tools – Exposure to ServiceNow GRC or similar governance platforms. Soft Skills & Delivery Mindset – Ownership, proactive attitude, ability to work independently in fast-paced environments, strong communication.
