We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and support the evolution of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) landscape within the Wholesale business domain. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions. You will contribute to the continuous enhancement of a Microsoft Dynamics Sales CRM platforms operating in a modern Azure cloud environment, ensuring that business processes, customer management capabilities, and reporting solutions effectively support strategic objectives. Your Responsibilities * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements within the Wholesale domain. * Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications, acting as the bridge between business and technical teams. * Drive the continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales CRM processes and functionalities. * Work closely with development teams to design, test, and deliver CRM enhancements in an Azure-based environment. * Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure the successful rollout of new features. * Analyze CRM data and contribute to reporting and dashboard solutions that support business decision-making. * Main
