What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven Business Analysis experience, meaningful exposure to the insurance sector (underwriting, claims, policy administration, or distribution), Proven ability to run client-facing workshops, influence senior stakeholders, Practical, hands-on experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, building AI-assisted workflows, clear understanding of LLM behaviour and limitations, High standard of written and verbal communication, Fluency in English, permanent right to work without requiring visa sponsorship
Nice to Have
ability to write and speak multiple languages

Translate client business needs into clear requirements

Manage extensive and in depth analytical reporting of product performance
Design and optimise AI-driven workflows
Continuously identify opportunities to improve BA practice efficiency through AI
automating repetitive analysis tasks

Collaborate within agile delivery teams to manage priorities
