What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar role., communication and documentation skills., Basic knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and requirement gathering techniques., Ability to analyze problems and propose logical solutions., Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of business analysis.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, Excel, Lucid chart, or similar.
What You'll Do.
Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
Support the preparation of business requirement documents (BRD)
functional specifications
Conduct basic data analysis and research to support decision-making.
Participate in meetings
and interviews with stakeholders to capture needs.
Help in creating process flow diagrams
and UAT to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Maintain project documentation
and ensure requirements traceability.
