Must Have
Experience in business analysis in business computing, Demonstrated knowledge of common business processes / best practices, Experience in working in agile product management environments, User relationship management, Capturing and analysis of requirements for ICT systems, Process analysis, definition and improvement, Conceptualising, designing and developing user experiences and interfaces, Identification and selection of relevant emerging ICT technologies, Spoken and written English or French
Nice to Have
Familiarity with UX principles and methodologies, Experience in strategic product initiatives and framing high-level business initiatives, Experience with coaching business analysts and specialists in connecting agile roles, Commitment to learn the other language (English or French)

The product management driven group is working for clients across the whole Organisation (HR, Finance, Planning, Site Management, Purchasing, Logistics, and Accelerator Operations). The type of products under the group’s responsibility ranges from custom-made solutions for a few users to large and widely integrated systems with 15,000+ users. Hence, working for the BC group provides numerous perspectives for being in touch with different technologies and business areas. Functions: As a Business Analyst, you will liaise between agile teams, product managers, business partners and users to understand the underlying demands and advise on the best solutions.
