What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience of the financial sector, Payment’s knowledge, Ability to elicit relevant information from stakeholders using a broad range of techniques, Good communication skills, whether written or oral, Ability to engage both business and technology stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience working on large multi-layered projects, Detailed Understanding the front to back payment journey across multiple Payment Market Infrastructures and cross border payment flows, ISO 200 22 Payment and Message detail knowledge/exposure

Development of business requirements
Conduct feasibility studies
Creation of operational design and process design
Support to change management activities
Driving the delivery of multi-faceted payment solutions
Understanding and shaping end-to-end payment journeys
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaboration with stakeholders; Collaborate closely with other functions/ business divisions; Lead collaborative assignments and guide team members; Engage in complex analysis of data from multiple sources of information, internal and external sources; Collaborate with other areas of work, for business aligned support areas
Communication Scope
Good communication skills, whether written or oral; Ability to engage both business and technology stakeholders; Communicate complex information
Process & Methodology
Support the creation of reports on project progress, Ensure proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget, Ensure proposed solutions are delivered within the agreed scope, Ensure proposed solutions are successfully implemented and embedded
