Nice to Have

Experience leading finance platform migrations or strategic ledger programmes, Experience operating in complex, global finance environments, CA / MBA

What You'll Do.

Lead business analysis for large-scale Finance transformation initiatives impacting Product Control and Financial Control

Own end‑end requirements strategy

from problem definition through solution delivery

Provide thought leadership on process simplification

and control optimisation

Own and govern UAT strategy

and production readiness from a Finance perspective

Identify delivery risks

and data impacts and drive timely resolution

Mentor and guide AVP/junior Business Analysts and contribute to BA capability uplift

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations; Drive alignment across Product Control, Financial Control, Operations, Risk, and Technology stakeholders; Collaborate with other areas of work, for business aligned support areas to keep up to speed with business activity and the business strategies; Seek out, build and maintain trusting relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders

Communication Scope

Translate complex accounting, control, and reporting principles into scalable functional designs; Advise key stakeholders, including functional leadership teams and senior management on functional and cross functional areas of impact and alignment; Influencing and negotiating skills

Process & Methodology

Support the creation of business cases that justify investment in proposed solutions, Support the creation of reports on project progress, Manage and mitigate risks through assessment, in support of the control and governance agenda, Demonstrate leadership and accountability for managing risk and strengthening controls
