What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a tech or software development environment, Proven experience writing clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical terms, Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, product, and design, analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
Familiarity with API-driven platforms or B2B2C products is a plus, Experience with Confluence, Miro, LucidChart, or similar documentation tools, Experience in travel and/or loyalty-as-a-service industries, Knowledge of the WCAG 2. 1 AA standard
What You'll Do.

What you’ll do The Business Analyst reports to the Vice President- Growth Products and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, software engineers, QA, and design. In this role, you’ll be responsible for translating business needs into clearly defined requirements and user stories, managing the refinement process in Jira, and ensuring team alignment throughout the development cycle.
