Full Job Description

The AWS Global Network Delivery (GND) team is searching for a passionate and talented business analyst (BA) to launch metrics, reports and insights using data visualization as needed to drive Data Center and Network Capacity deployment efficiencies. You will assess the data pipeline & reporting needs to determine and drive prime solutions for our customers. You will work with stakeholders and internal team members to compliment improvement programs administration. You will be responsible for designing the performance management models, scaling data processes and reports, streamlining and simplifying process workflows, as well as managing project timelines and deliverables. You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You’ll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion. Key job responsibilities Interfacing with business customers, gathering requirements and developing complex analytics model and data-sets for deep dive. Identifying the data quality issues across the various platforms at Amazon Web Services. Extracting and combining data from various heterogeneous data sources. Partnering with other analysts and engineers to build analytical solutions to deliver on business goals Propose and implement new business metrics for senior management reviews and work with the data engineer to design and develop data infrastructure to support these metrics for business growth.
