What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst in software product development, Experience with ERP, CRM, or financial software concepts and workflows, analytical and structured thinking able to distinguish business needs from user requests, Proven experience coordinating feature delivery or managing cross-team implementation work, Excellent English communication skills and attention to detail, with a collaborative and proactive mindset
Nice to Have
Experience with Figma, Lucidchart, or similar tools for process and UI design, Familiarity with SQL for supporting analysis and validation, Experience using AI tools for analysis, documentation, or specification writing — for example, generating user flows, reviewing requirements, or summarizing insights, Demonstrated initiative in driving ideas from concept to completion to enhance our products, designs, workflows, and customer experience, Business Analyst certification (e. g. , ECBA, CCBA, CBAP)
What You'll Do.
Engage proactively and methodically with Product Managers
and QA Engineers to identify
and prioritize business needs
Translate functional requirements into clear and structured Functional Specifications
Coordinate feature delivery across teams — tracking progress
managing dependencies
and ensuring alignment of implementation with scope and standards
Evaluate information from multiple sources
