What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Application Tester, or hybrid role, understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies, Experience in requirement gathering and documentation, Hands‑on experience with manual testing, Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools (e. g. , JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM), analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
Experience with Manual functional Testing, Experience with automation tools Selenium, Knowledge of SQL and database validation, Exposure to API testing (Postman, SOAP UI), Platform knowledge (Low Code Platforms, RPA and Data Tools)
What You'll Do.

Execute manual test cases and support automated testing where applicable
and retest defects using defect tracking tools
Validate fixes and ensure compliance with business and functional requirements
Ensure test coverage and quality standards are met before release
Support production releases and post‑deployment verification
