### **Who we are looking for** ### State Street’s Alpha Data Platform team is seeking a versatile individual with strong business and data analysis skills to manage development and support of product offerings. The successful candidate must possess skill in complex business and data analysis with expertise in functional requirements gathering, documentation and data mapping; excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; a proven ability to liaise between business/implementation and technology teams; and strong collaboration skills. ### **Why this job is important to us** ### The team you will be joining is a part of Charles River Development (or CRD), that became a part of State Street in 2018. CRD helps create enterprise investment management software solutions for large institutions in the areas of institutional investment, wealth management and hedge funds. Together we have created the first open front-to-back platform - State Street Alpha, that was launched in 2019. ### Join us if delivering next generation infrastructure, using emerging technologies sounds like a challenge you are up for. ### As an Integration Data Platform Business Analyst, you will have: * ### Advanced writing skills, including the ability to abstract/summarize highly detailed information * ### Ability to translate customer business needs into application requirements * ### Strong experience with technologies that relate to product implementation and client interaction * ### Knowledge of existing State Street organizational constructs and teams and an understanding of middle and back-office systems, functions and services supported at State Street * ### Experience as a Business Analyst on medium to large scale projects * ### Expertise in data management and governance, including data lineage, data quality management etc. * ### Expertise in data pipeline and database technologies, including ETL/ELT Tools, SQL Server, Snowflake etc. * ### Strong communication, analytical, problem solving
