The Role This role is responsible for documenting, standardising, and improving global sales processes across Commercial Operations. Acting as a bridge between Sales, Technology, and Operations, the Business Analyst will ensure processes are clearly defined, quality assured, and effectively embedded through training and documentation. The role plays a critical part in driving scalability, consistency, and operational excellence across the commercial organisation. Principal Accountabilities 1. Sales Process Documentation & Standardisation * Document end-to-end sales processes across key workflows (e.g. lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-contract, renewal, forecasting) * Create clear, structured process maps (e.g. BPMN, flow diagrams) to support global alignment * Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and inconsistencies, and recommend improvements * Maintain a centralised, up-to-date process repository (e.g. Confluence / SharePoint) 2. Quality Assurance (QA) & Testing * Define and execute QA frameworks for sales processes, systems, and workflows (e.g. Salesforce changes, automation) * Develop test cases and test scripts aligned to business requirements * Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure outputs meet defined acceptance criteria * Log, track, and resolve defects in partnership with technology a
