What You'll Achieve.
Verify that all contractual requirements are fully met; Delivery of a safety and excellence in passenger services in accordance to the KPI regime and best practices; Start new lines and stations; Resolve incidents, accidents and emergencies; Ensure no such incidents occurs in the future

Available on a call-out basis should an incident occur outside of normal operational hours, Maximum time to respond to call-out will be 30 minutes
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10 years’ experience in bus operations, Contract management in a Public Transport environment, Prior experience dealing with multiple Contractors and their performance against KPI regime, Experience dealing with Operating procedures, instructions and code of conduct handbooks, Experience dealing with timetables and materials related to successful and smooth operations of the transportation system, Transportation and Safety Procedures, Exposure dealing with any investigations and mitigations on any incidents and comfortably dealing with third parties (Police, Civil Defence, security agencies etc), Prior experience dealing with OEMs, manufacturers and independent consultants/accident investigative agencies
Nice to Have
Project management experience, Comprehensive high-level Stakeholder management skills
What You'll Do.
Oversee operations through all phases of Bus and ITS Contractors’ activities
Ensure contractual requirements are fully met
Manage day to day operations and delivery of passenger services
Ensure safety and excellence in passenger services
Manage station and depot inspections
accidents and emergencies on a 24/7 basis
Supervise OCC bus operations
Coordinate special situations like crisis coordination
Develop operations and maintenance manual
Review and manage Bus Operator performance reports
Generate and manage PMS performance reports
Produce reports on punctuality
Compare operational data from ITS systems and inspections
Develop base optimization and future expansion plans
Develop Crisis management procedures
Provide advice and support during incidents
Support Senior Manager to produce incident reports
Coordinate mitigations on incidents with specialists
Monitor operations contractor performance
Manage inventory management
Manage correct ordering of supplies
Manage maintenance and replacement of operational equipment
Oversee operations team
Liaise with external stakeholders
