Our business is built on innovation, integrity, and a deep connection to the land, and we are committed to continuous improvement in everything we do – from paddock to plate. **The Opportunity** Harvey Beef requires a Casual Bus Driver to transport workers from Harvey to Australind for various morning and evening shifts. As part of the Events and Services team, the Bus Driver must have a clean C Class drivers licence and prior experience driving a 12-seater bus is preferred. **Duties** The main duties are to provide safe, reliable, and compliant transportation services to and from work for Harvey Beef employees, including overseas workers. In addition to daily transport, you will make yourself available ad hoc appointments, airport transfers (Perth), repatriation activities, and approved welfare and community engagements. The successful applicant will be able to show that they understand how to comply with company policies, safety obligations, fatigue management requirements, and other employee guidelines. You will remain available for stand-by and after-hours transport requirements where operationally required, including early morning, afternoon, evening, weekend, and public holiday transport services. * Conduct pre-start and post-trip vehicle inspections and ensure company vehicles are maintained in a clean, safe, roadworthy, and presentable condition. * Promptly report incidents, accidents and maintenance defects * Develop a strong relationship with your passenger and report unsa
