Must Have
5 –7 years of working experience in logistics, Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Logistics or relevant field, Well-refined Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel skills with good formatting, data keeping habits & data analysis techniques
Nice to Have
Experience in bulk logistics, background in Chemicals, Oil & Gas, or Industrial Gases is an added advantage, Knowledge about coding such as Google Apps Script is a plus

handle daily operations and unexpected issues
Oversee daily route and load planning
lead the Bulk Supply Chain team
collaborate with production plants to balance supply and demand
Manage the maintenance and utilization of trucks
Enforce safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for drivers
manage compliance documentation
lead incident investigations with corrective actions
Manage the logistics budget and capital expenditure (Capex)
analyze monthly distribution costs
implement cost-saving initiatives
Maintain organized operational records
handle proactive communication across cross-functional and regional teams
