Full Job Description

## Accountabilities This position is responsible for ensuring the continuous performance, reliability, and safety of plant floor equipment and building systems through hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance support. Respond to facility alarms, system alerts, and operational breakdowns to restore equipment functionality quickly and effectively. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and systems-related issues across conveyors and plant floor equipment. Perform preventative maintenance activities to reduce downtime and maintain optimal system performance. Support maintenance mechanics in diagnosing and resolving complex equipment failures. Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical diagrams to guide repairs and system adjustments. Assist in maintaining operational continuity by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. Ensure timely response to internal operational needs and facility support requests. Requirements This role requires strong technical troubleshooting ability, foundational engineering knowledge, and experience working in industrial or facility-based environments. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience. Strong understanding of motor control systems, AC/DC electrical fundamentals, and basic network concepts. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. Experience in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems in a fast-paced operations or industrial setting. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, and communication. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to operational issues. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety and operational reliability.
