What You'll Do.
Supervise crew of employees and/or contractors
Ensure cleaning services meet standards
Deliver exemplary results and customer service
Vacuum floors and stairs
Sweep floors and stairs
Mop floors and stairs
Clean and sanitize bathrooms
Restock supplies in restrooms
Restock supplies in break rooms
Restock supplies in common areas
Clean trash receptacles
Clean uncluttered desks
Clean uncluttered furniture
Maintain janitor closets
Maintain janitorial equipment
Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Perform routine janitorial duties
Utilize timekeeping system
Communicate daily priorities
Communicate schedule changes
Handle client complaints
Handle client requests
Report work-related injuries
Maintain communication with clients
Perform other duties as required
