What You'll Do.
Control operation of all building machinery and equipment
Prepare staff work schedules for system monitoring
Survey lifespan and maintenance periods
Prepare maintenance plan for all building machinery and equipment
Ensure implementation of maintenance plan
Inspect building areas for safety from accidents
Survey and prepare list of necessary spare parts
Control and monitor utility usage efficiently
Implement energy conservation plan
Evaluate performance of engineering staff
Organize engineering staff meetings
Coordinate with relevant departments and organizations
Analyze causes of damage or malfunction
Coordinate and manage subcontractor operations
Handle tenant repair requests
Maintain records of building system maintenance and repair
Provide advanced technical support
Plan system maintenance
Supervise and train technicians
Oversee contractor work and improvement projects
Set conditions for maintenance and improvement work
Handle requests from building owners
Perform other duties as required
Supervise team of technicians
Train and manage technician team
Schedule technician team
Develop technician development programs
Coordinate with operations/building managers
Assist building managers in selecting contractors
Prepare project budgets
Maintain records of spare parts and equipment purchases
