What They're Looking For.
Must Have
completion of high school or recognized equivalent, A Certificate or Diploma in Building Operations, or a 3rd or 4th Class Stationary Engineer Certificate (TSSA), or a recognized licensed trade certification (HVAC, Plumbing, Millwright, Electrician), If licensed trade, possession of the provincial Certificate of Qualifications (COQ), Minimum 2 years practical hands on experience in facilities operation and equipment / machinery maintenance, Computer literate, Ability to perform duties in a professional and courteous manner and produce high quality work while meeting deadlines in accordance to UHN standards, Ability to work on his own / multi tasking and exercise initiative and good judgement, Compliance with confidentiality requirements under UHN Privacy Policy, Ability to meet the physical demands of the job including: able to lift 11 kg to 20 kg
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is an asset
