What You'll Do.

Perform proactive repairs and maintenance on all building mechanical and physical systems to ensure efficient operations and a well-maintained facility.

Operate and maintain HVAC

and automation systems including troubleshooting

and preventive maintenance.

Complete required inspections

and emergency system tests.

Act as Fire Warden during emergencies.

Maintain 24-hour on-call availability and perform emergency snow/ice removal.

Manage site cleanliness and maintain organized mechanical areas.

Support HVAC commissioning

Your expertise will ensure smooth operations for a portfolio that primarily serves medical tenants and key anchor businesses—clients who depend on uninterrupted building performance. A strong background in HVAC and mechanical equipment is essential. You must have reliable transportation and be comfortable with 24/7 on-call responsibility.
