support Building Facilities
carpenters works in compliance to Standard Operating Procedures
safety and system requirements
driving maintenance programs (including routine inspection
corrective and preventive activities) with a focus with the application of Best Practices and implement mandatory routine inspections in conformance to Standard Operating Procedures
Support emergency (unscheduled) repairs or troubleshooting of facilities equipment
and close monitoring on building facilities
Implement risk assessment which identifies operational risks including occupational health and safety
and essential services and environmental
Drive initiatives and strategies that lead to cost savings and service improvement
Ensure feedback from client are recorded and action taken to the satisfaction of the end user
Lead by example in achieving maximum client satisfaction level
Ensure data integrity and accuracy of all information reported associated with Tickets and AR closure
